Special Olympics Asia Pacific games for Intellectually disabled was organized during 28th Nov to 8th Dec 2013 at New Castle in Australia.

383 athletes from all over India participated in different games.

31 athletes from Gujarat participated

From Dahod Blind welfare council there were 2 athletes: Girish Gosai - male football.

Neelam Patel Female Table tennis

Girish stood at 5th position and Neelam could win the Gold medal.

Its great pride for both families, BWc, Dahod, and Gujarat.
